Communities in Mindtree are intellectually oriented and are directly or indirectly tied to business in which Mindtree is – to help groom & nurture Mindtree Minds in an informal, non-hierarchical set-up. The KM team provides a set of channels & enabling conditions that let communities self-organize and work towards a community objective.
